There is ample street parking available. We do ask to please stay mindful to not block any driveways or pathways as this is a residential area as well : )

This is both a learning & social space! We encourage you to bring a boppy-style pillow (if this is something you're using at home) or perhaps a blanket. We have spare blankets and comfortable & supported floor seating.

Grab your spot today for the cutest workout class in town! Join Dr. Brenda as she works through various positions for play, ways to engage baby in play and take the stress out of playtime for you and your little.

Dr. Brenda, Pediatric PT and owner of Playful Progress will lead you and your baby through specific guided exercises.

This 60 minute class will include about 30 minutes of guided purposeful play, time for Q&A, and a helpful handout to take home. Appropriate for newborns to 6 months.
