Your $12 ticket will cover your buffet breakfast. We are meeting in the Fellowship Hall, so feel free to park in front of the flag poles. The Breakfast starts at 6:45 am and will end promptly at 7:45 am. If you buy 8 tickets or more, we will automatically reserve a table for you in the name of your choice.
Come hear Curtis Wilson’s story of a heartbreak childhood and how he found Jesus, changing the course of not only his life, but the future lives of his three Avenger-like D1 athlete sons,
As a freshmen at NEO, it was a friend who introduced Curtis to Jesus. He went on to plan football at Mizzou for three years and in 1989 was drafted to the New England Patriots.
After marrying Shelly in 1988, they had 3 sons: Cody, Roman and Micah. All amazing athletes with outstanding high school football careers including:
First -team all class in the:
-Daily Oklahoman
-Tulsa World
-Coaches association
And all three moved on to successful college football careers. Cody played at Tulsa University, Roman at Princeton and Micah followed in his dad’s footsteps at Mizzou. They played football all four years and graduated with Master’s Degrees from these prestigious universities.
We will hear from Curtis, Cody and Micah and learn how success was defined by parents who instilled into them a love for God that would sustain them through the rigors of D1 athletics, challenging academics and landed them safely on the other side with careers and marriages that honor God.
But it all started with a Dad who committed his life to Jesus…
