What do I need to preparing for this workshop？

Please prepare a simple design pattern in advance, e.g., a design with smooth lines and distinct areas of color. This could be a plant, simple caricatured images, or line designs that you like. You will need to draw onto the cloth by yourself when you come to the workshop.

Can I get a refund if I've cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for booked slots. However, we do understand that plans may change, and a one-time date change will be allowed.

How can change the date of my booked event?

Accepted Answer

To change the date of your event, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. You can contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a date change.

Question 4

Can I bring my works bcak home?

Accepted Answer

Yes! But before that, our team will do some finishing work; for example, standard trimming serive will be applied to every work! As all the work is handmade, it will take about 7–10 days, and we will notify you by email to collect your work.
