Join Mudit every Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM EDT for a virtual mindfulness meditation session designed to inspire and empower.
Mudit, a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (MMTCP Graduate, Class of 2023), is passionate about making mindfulness accessible through these brief yet impactful weekly gatherings. Based in Connecticut and New York, Mudit brings a calming and contemplative energy to each session, offering a Northeast-inspired approach to mindfulness.
Each week, explore themes such as mindfulness of breath, body, thoughts, and emotions, as well as loving-kindness, forgiveness, RAIN, and self-care through visualization. While some mindfulness experience is helpful, beginners are warmly welcomed. Donations are appreciated but not required.
