Through this session, you'll gain clarity and actionable knowledge, including:
- Clear Definitions – Understand what workplace bullying is (and isn't).
- Behavioral Signs – Learn how bullying manifests, both overtly and subtly.
- Teasing vs. Bullying – Distinguish between playful interactions and harmful behavior.
- Organizational Impact – Explore how bullying affects morale, productivity, and retention.
- Psychological Consequences – Recognize the mental and emotional toll of persistent mistreatment.
- Preventive Strategies – Discover ways to create a respectful, supportive workplace culture.
- Support Techniques – Learn how to assist someone who is being bullied.
- Self-Protection Tools – Equip yourself with strategies to safeguard your own mental and physical well-being.
By the end of this training, you won't just be informed, you'll be prepared to make a difference.
