Tuesday Social Run

Every Tuesday at 19:30, we meet next to Naná Restaurant for an easy 7K run to kick off the week the right way.

Before we start, we drop our bags and jackets in the bagdrop, take a few minutes to warm up together, and welcome any new runners joining us. We wait for Runners if they are late and once everyone’s ready, we head out for a relaxed run through Bockenheim.

Our route takes us in summer from the Grünneburgpark to the Niddapark and back and in winter through the charming district of Bockenheim. From the Palmengarten to the Messenturm across the Bockenheimer Warte to the Sportcampus and finishing where we began near the Campus westend.

After the run, we take time to cool down, share some water, soft drinks, and snacks, and just enjoy the moment.

We’re usually a small group of around 7 to 10 runners - cool people, easy pace, and good conversation. Everyone’s welcome here, no matter your level or experience. Come as you are, bring your dog if you like, and join a community that runs for the joy of it.
