Kundalini Yoga, Stretching, Breathwork, Meditation & Gong
Event Details:
- Theme: Highly suitable for beginners and/or those with back issues, who may sit against the wall for the meditation with pillows for comfort and support. This class focuses on stretching supporting a healthy back, stress relief & relaxation. The yoga set varies from mildly to moderately challenging. Meditation ranges from 11 - 30 min. with mantra and beautiful music. Class concludes with Gong relaxation to heal the parasympathetic nervous system and integrate the benefits of the yoga and meditation on a deeper level.
- Purpose: To increase flexibility, peace of mind, spiritual connection and overall well being.
Tune In & Pranayam warm-Up (5 minutes):
A variety of stretches, breathwork (45 -60 minutes)
Meditation (11 - 30 minutes)
Gong relaxation (5 minutes)
Closing blessing (5 minutes)
Kundalini Yoga
