Tuesday Evening donation-based Vinyasa Classes at 433 W Broad 2nd Fl

All levels are invited to join us, and our classes are open to the public. Drop-ins are welcome and encouraged, so no need to sign up ahead of time. Please take any necessary modifications. We provide props and have a few extra mats if you need one. Street Parking is available (free on Sundays only) on McDowell St. or for a small fee please park in the garage. Easy entry thru front door of SOW TO GO . Please bring a friend. We have plenty of space!
