Their clients write for some of the biggest, best shows on television, including House of Cards, Black Sails, and Portlandia. Along with films like 500 Days of Summer, The Fault in Our Stars, The Edge of Seventeen, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and more.

11:15am - Jorge Gonzalez, Contest Coordinator and Industry Outreach Manager for The Tracking Board

Jorge Gonzalez is the Contest Coordinator and Industry Outreach Manager for The Tracking Board, and industry-lauded organization that prides itself on helping writers nail down representation and sell their screenplays. Their annual Launchpad contest is one of the most prestigious in the business, boasting no shortage of success stories.

The Script Lab is bringing together over 30 Hollywood producers, directors, writers, and creators to talk about what they do in the industry, how they broke in, what types of stories they're looking for, and anything else you may want to know. These interviews will be filmed live in a studio, and we want to invite anyone in Los Angeles at the time to join for the filming -- and possibly even ask your own questions if time allows.

-- Since this event is being filmed, you may not enter late or during an interview. Once the doors are closed for the first speaker, they will not be reopened.

-- Please do not wear any clothes with brand names or logos as you may appear on film. Also, try to avoid clothing with busy patterns, thin stripes, or anything all white.

-- You may leave in between speakers and arrive in between speakers, but it is a loose schedule. Once the doors are closed for an interview they will not be re-opened.
