About this event

Join us to Try Dry Tooling with Glasgow Queer Adventures!

Ever fancied trying out dry tooling but you weren't sure if you could hack it? Now is your chance! As part of LEAP's Festival Fortnight, come join Glasgow Queer Adventure's FREE Dry Tooling introduction course delivered by Glasgow Climbing Centre and give it shot.

But what is dry tooling? Dry tooling is essentially ice climbing, but indoors. Instead of ice, you will be swinging your ice picks into wooden boards. In this course you will learn alongside your LGBTQIA+ community how to do dry tooling safely, once you have completed this course you can use the dry tooling facilities at Glasgow Climbing Centre.

Join us in the Cafe upstairs at to chat and get to know each other a bit beforehand and for a debrief afterwards!

Tickets - We will be releasing 4 tickets per date. The first round of tickets will be reserved for LGBTQ+ people of colour ONLY. The next round of ticket will be released for all LGBTQ+ members of the community.
