Truth Seekers Circle

Greetings Truth Seekers,

You are warmly invited to a unique community gathering on June 14, designed for those drawn to the seekers path and curious about psychedelics and plant medicines. Whether you are new to this or have been exploring for years, this gathering will deepen your understanding and awaken new ways of connecting with this consciouse force. Pleae note this is a lecture and discussion only.

While guests are welcome to arrive as early as 6:30 pm, the opening circle will commence promptly at 7 pm, creating a container for an evening of profound exploration. We will be serving water, tea, nuts, and fruits as refreshments to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The gathering is held at Temple Mystic, a private home in Alexandria, Virginia. This intimate experience only allows for up to 21 Truth Seekers. Address and parking instructions will be provided upon purchase. Event organized by Zen Steady and best to contact via Instagram @ZenSteady.

Our guest faciliator for the evening is Michael, who is the founder and sole operator of MushroomLife, a project born of his lifelong passion for fungi, sovereignty, and natural systems. As a self-taught expert in mycology, Michael has spent over three decades exploring the intersections of biology, permaculture, and spiritual practice. His approach is rooted in sustainable living, wildcrafting, and deep respect for the ecological web—particularly the fungal kingdom. Whether in the lab, forest, or kitchen, his work centers on the transformative potential of mushrooms, both as food and as powerful spiritual allies, including through alchemical extraction methods that preserve the integrity and potency of these sacred organisms.

Michael has traveled widely across North and Central America in pursuit of mycological discovery, and his influence spans global online communities, where he educates hundreds of thousands on fungi’s beauty, diversity, and applications. He founded Maryland Mushrooms and Mycology, a community that now hosts over 11,000 members, and his photography and foraging knowledge have been featured in respected publications such as The National Audubon Society’s Guide to North American Mushrooms and The Journal of Wild Mushrooming. Through MushroomLife, Michael offers deeply intentional and energetically aligned mushroom products—alchemical extractions designed for healing, vitality, and transformation.

Inspired by the mystical and medicinal properties of fungi, Michael integrates the philosophy of alchemy with his extensive knowledge of entheogens and psychoactive species. His work often bridges the psychedelic with the practical, offering coaching, immersive retreats, and educational sessions that empower individuals to deepen their connection to the natural world, and to themselves. He is currently working to expand his research and production capabilities through a full-scale lab equipped for fungal DNA sequencing and bioprospecting, with the goal of contributing to the conservation, study, and celebration of Earth’s mycological wealth.
