About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Having a body is complicated. Trauma, dysphoria, and societal pressures can make having a body even more complicated for queer folks. Let’s talk about building a trusting relationship with our bodies, so we can expand our ability to feel safe and at home in our bodies. Come join this virtual discussion and resource building opportunity!

Hosted by Mara Levy MSOT, OTR/L, CLT-LANA, SEP, an occupational therapist and somatic experiencing practitioner blending mental health care and bodywork throughout the DMV. They have a private practice in Silver Spring, MD at www.rainbowspringwellness.com and can be reached for questions at mara@rainbowspringwellness.com.
