Trust Work is an interactive, healing-centered training designed to deepen connection, strengthen trust, and foster healthy relationships among colleagues. Through grounding techniques, somatic exercises, reflective discussion, and role-play, participants will practice building communication skills that support emotional intelligence, authentic peer relationships, and a resilient team culture. The session balances practical tools with mindful practices to create a space where trust, care, and collaboration can grow.
Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Understand the Foundations of Trust: Reflect on personal communication and trust-building styles.
- Strengthen Emotional Intelligence: Identify key emotional intelligence skills that support healthy team dynamics.
- Practice Authentic Communication: Develop and practice language for navigating hard conversations while maintaining care and respect.
- Apply Somatic and Grounding Techniques: Use body-centered practices to stay grounded during difficult peer interactions.
