What are the dates and times for the live virtual sessions for the program?

The live sessions will be March 11, 18, 25, April 1 and 8, 2025. All sessions start at 9:00am PT/12:00pm ET and last 1.5 hours except the final session which will be 2 hours.

How many ICF CCE hours does the Program qualify for?

Upon successfully completing the Program you will be eligible for 19.5 ICF CCE hours, 18 Core Competency hours and 1.5 Resource Development hours.

How will the sessions be conducted?

We use the Zoom virtual meeting platform. You will be able to log in to each session by clicking a link you will receive in an email invitation. The information can also be entered on most digital calendars as an appointment.

What kinds of devices can I use to attend sessions?

Zoom supports a wide range of devices and operating systems. You can also dial in by phone.

Question 5

Do I have to install Zoom software on my device ahead of time?

Accepted Answer

No. Zoom is a web-based application that does not require you to install software on your device.

What if I can't make one of the live virtual sessions?

You can miss up to two (2) of the live virtual sessions and still receive certification provided you watch a recording of the session(s) and answer a few questions related to the session(s) in writing.

How much homework should I plan time to complete between live sessions?

Much of the learning for this course is in the form of “fieldwork” between live sessions. It will consist of watching a short PowerPoint video, some reading, and written work between each live session. This should take approximately 2 hours.

What is your refund policy?

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel seven (7) or more days prior to the start of Session 1. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Eventbrite charges a fee for refunds which will be deducted from the amount you paid.

What will the sessions be like?

You will learn from a combination of teaching, exercises, facilitated discussions with the whole participant group, and small group discussions in virtual breakout rooms. In live sessions you will be interacting with the facilitator and other participants.

Do I have to attend every session to be certified?

Accepted Answer

Participation in the live sessions is key to successfully learning and being able to use this material professionally. We also understand that life happens. You can still earn certification if you miss up to two live sessions.
