Set-up

All vehicles MUST be set up by 4:15p. Attendees usually arrive early. Please check-in with an Employee Association Member.

About this event

In years past, all trunks/vehicle displays were WRJ VA employees but by popular demand we have opened the trunk registration up to the community. If you would like to register a trunk/vehicle please be aware you must be set up and ready by 4:30p as the event starts at 5p sharp. You must also stay to the very end before picking up. Usually the event starts to wrap up around 8:00p.

T his is a kid friendly event, we encourage displays that are appropriate for all ages and are not too scary. Last few years themes like "Up" and "Toy Story" have won. Be creative and have fun!

This event is so much fun and draws 1,000s to our local VA campus. Any and all proceeds at the concession go right back into this event and to our employee appreciation events.
