Can I set up a easy up instead of or next to my vehicle?

Yes! We love elaborate displays and interactive ones, so if that means you need to set up a tent or have more space please do so!

Do I need a VA employee sponsor?

No, this is the first year where a sponsor is not required. Upon registration, you will need to provide a Point of Contact (POC) for the Employees Association to contact with instructions and any follow up questions.

Do I have to stay for the full event?

Absolutely! It is critical to attendee safety that all displays stay for the full length of the event. Vehicles cannot leave in the middle of it and breakdown of displays is disruptive to those in attendance. So, please plan to stay the length of the event and not to begin breakdown until 8:00PM.

How much candy/handouts do we need to have?

Each year we have had over 1,000 attendees. We recommend having enough for 1,300 kids. This year the Employee Association will be collecting candy donations as well inhopes to help alleviate that expense!
