The only two INWA-certified instructors from the Nordic Walking Association of North America will lead a free one-day training and practice sessions.

We will meet at the Theodore Roosevelt Island parking lot and then walk onto the island for the session.
Nordic walking poles are required for the training.
We have 15 pairs available to use for free during the session.
If you have your own poles, we recommend bringing them.
