True Colors is a weekly mental health peer support group hosted by DBSA California, created specifically for LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking a safe, supportive, and affirming space. This group meets every Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Pacific Time—except on third Thursdays—and offers a compassionate environment to share experiences, find community, and support one another through the unique challenges and triumphs of queer life. Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, mental health, or just looking for connection, True Colors is here to remind you that you're never alone, and your voice matters.
