True Colors is a weekly mental health peer support group hosted by DBSA California, created specifically for LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking a safe, supportive, and affirming space. This group meets every Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Pacific Time—except on third Thursdays—and offers a compassionate environment to share experiences, find community, and support one another through the unique challenges and triumphs of queer life.
