Join us for a FREE HYROX PFT event at TRU FIT BOOTCAMP, AN OFFICIAL HYROX GYM!
This in-person event is your chance to experience the fun and try an intro to HYROX training for FREE. This event is great for everyone, from those with little to no fitness experience to the most advanced athlete.
HYROX is a global obstacle course race that combines running with functional exercises. You'll build strength, improve your running efficiency and endurance, and develop the mental grit needed to push through any challenge.

Individuals can test their fitness with this shorter HYROX PFT (personal fitness test) that has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into HYROX. This will also help you measure where your HYROX fitness level is.
