Level: Intermediate
Are you ready to take your cookies to the next level? If so, then this class is perfect for you! You MUST have experience with piping and filling cookies. Intermediate/Advanced classes will focus on icing consistencies, how to airbrush clean lines, how to use a dehydrator to create royal icing transfers, and how to create flowers.
*All my cookie classes are BYOB so feel free to bring something to sip on if you'd like!
We will go through each cookie step by step, showing different techniques with tips and tricks to finish with a beautiful look set of cookies.
Techniques taught in class will include:
- how to cut and use tipless piping bags
- how to use different icing consistencies
- how to create royal icing transfers
- how to create flowers
- how to use "wet-on-wet" techniques
- pressure piping
- how to flood separate sections to create dimensional details

Refund/Return Policy:
I understand that things come up in life that are unexpected. If you need to cancel your ticket, I can offer a full refund (minus the Eventbrite fee) up to 7 days prior to the scheduled class. After that timeframe, I unforunately cannot offer a refund. All cookies & materials are prepared within those 7 days prior to a class and I do not get the time and materials back if someone cancels or does not show up for the class.
