Welcome: “Scratch Series #539 - Belgian Ale with Honey” – Fire-roasted Rabbit & Cognac Sausage over Cersei's Bitter Greens & Sour Apple Salad

1st Course: “Blizzard of Hops - Winter IPA” – Tywin Lannister's Mutton in roasted Pumpkin, Onion and Beer Stew, Black Garlic & Marrow Toast

2nd Course: “Dream Weaver - Hefeweizen” – Spiced Lemon Duck Leg Confit with Root Vegetables roasted in duck fat, Couscous, dried Apricot and Tomato Gremolata

3rd Course: “Mad Elf Grand Cru - Belgian Dark Strong Ale” – Baked Apples stuffed with Strawberry & Pistachio Mousse, Vanilla Sponge Cake, Kirsch Syrup, topped with Bitter Orange Cream Dark Chocolate Wafer
