💛 About the Hosts

Project Rise with Dr. Helen and the TDIL Leadership Network, are joining forces to host a first-of-its-kind event that bridges professional learning with community impact.

• Project Rise with Dr. Helen — a nonprofit initiative closing the leadership gap by providing PMP® certification training, applied project experience, and year-long mentorship. 100% of participants have had their PMP® applications accepted on the first attempt and have passed the test to date.

• TDIL Leadership Network is a Central Indiana workforce-development organization helping professionals build skills, confidence, and leadership readiness. Led by Leon Jackson, TDIL is widely recognized for expanding access to talent development and creating pathways for diverse professionals across Indiana.

We are creating a space where every leader — emerging or established — can grow, laugh, and lead with purpose.

Proceeds support Project Rise scholarships and leadership training for underrepresented professionals.
