Divisions:

RX – For the seasoned athletes ready to throw down.

Scaled – For the hungry competitors looking to prove themselves.

Team Format:All Male or all Female teams

3 Workouts. 1 Possible Final. Zero Excuses.

Curse of Cardio (All divisions will do exact same workout)

For Time

Athlete 1: 1200M Run (Scaled -800M Run)

Athlete 2: 1000M Row (Scaled-750M Row)

Athlete 3: 50/40 Cal Echo Bike (Scaled-40/30 Cals)

Flow: Athlete 1 runs 1200m, comes in and tags athlete 2. Athlete 2 Rows 1000M the tags athlete 3. Athlete 3 bikes 50/40 Cals. Time ends when all 3 Athletes cross into the finish box.

For Load – 12-Minute Running Clock

Goal: Max total load lifted

Equipment: 1 Barbell per teamWorkout:

Each athlete establishes a heavy complex in a relay-style format:

Barbell Complex (one athlete at a time):

1 Clean + 3 Front Squats + 1 Shoulder To Overhead

16 Worm Squats

20 Burpees Over Worm

WORM Weight: 200/150

Flow: All 3 athletes perform worm clean and jerks and worm squats together.Burpees Over Worm completed by all 3 athletes together with 2 athletes on one side and 1 on the opposite side.
