Curse of Cardio (All divisions will do exact same workout)
For Time
Athlete 1: 1200M Run (Scaled -800M Run)
Athlete 2: 1000M Row (Scaled-750M Row)
Athlete 3: 50/40 Cal Echo Bike (Scaled-40/30 Cals)
Flow: Athlete 1 runs 1200m, comes in and tags athlete 2. Athlete 2 Rows 1000M the tags athlete 3. Athlete 3 bikes 50/40 Cals. Time ends when all 3 Athletes cross into the finish box.
