This class combines elements of Pilates and barre, focusing on small, controlled movements with high repetition to intentionally tone the muscles surrounding your joints. The stretching component complements the strengthening work, helping to lengthen your body and improve flexibility. By the end of class, you’ll feel sleek, toned, and completely invigorated!
