Tree ID Trek

Join us for a casual guided hike through the woods at Westwood Hills, led by Tree Trust's Director of Community Forestry Karen Zumach. As the last crispy leaves cling to bare branches, we will explore alternative ways of identifying trees using bark, branching pattern, buds, and even smell. Enjoy a leisurely stroll with gorgeous views of fall colors, and come away with additional insight into the fascinating lives and histories of our stationary neighbors.

This event is entirely outdoors -- please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle.
