Frequently asked questions

Is the dart blaster gear included ?

Yes, the nerf gear is included; face protection and blaster to use while enjoying your session. Equipment from home will not be accepted.

What is the refund policy?

The tickets are non- refundable due to the customization and theme of the event. Tickets are transferrable. If you are unable to attend share the QR code with a friend. Each QR code can only be scanned once.

Does this event allow in & out privileges?

Yes, this event does allow in & out privileges to accommodate family needs. It is located near tons of shopping for attendees to enjoy.

Is food and drink allowed?

No, outside food or drinks are allowed inside the venue. Food and drinks will be available for purchase in the foyer and must be consumed before entering the gaming venue.

How is the event set up?

Once your ticket is scanned and your waiver is signed. There will be games and vendors in the foyer. Each dart blaster session is 20 minutes. There is no limit to how many sessions a child participates in. Each session will host no more than 20 attendees, two teams of ten people.

Are chaperones allowed?

Yes, chaperones will be provided eye wear but only session participants will be given a dart blaster.

What is included ?

Event entry, equipment, safety gear and a goodie bag.
