Session Overview - Why It Matters

Stress and unprocessed trauma don’t just live in our stories—they show up in pricing, negotiations, hiring, and conflict. If you’ve ever second-guessed a bid, avoided a tough conversation, or over-promised under pressure, this hour is for you.

What You’ll Take Away

  • Spot the patterns: Recognize how stress/trauma can drive money, contract, and staffing decisions.
  • Respond, don’t react: Quick grounding tools to stay calm in negotiations and crises.
  • Lead safer teams: Simple habits that build psychological safety and improve performance.
  • Decide with clarity: Create a personal “decision map” for high-stakes moments.

Who Should Attend

Entrepreneurs, managers, and team leads who want healthier decision-making, steadier leadership, and more resilient operations.

Format & Access

  • 60-minute virtual workshop + live Q&A (cameras welcome).
  • Cost: Free (registration required).
