Join Color Wheel Therapy for a gentle, trauma-informed virtual yoga experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and practice rest as a form of resistance. As a Black-led mental wellness collective, our mission is to create safe, affirming spaces where healing feels possible, and this yoga class is one of them.
Led by Kiara Smothers, RYT 200, our sessions blend mindful movement with the principles of somatic therapy, an approach that recognizes how trauma and stress live in the body. Through breathwork, grounding practices, and accessible movement, you'll be gently guided to release tension, build body awareness, and restore a sense of safety within yourself.
