Overview
Health care and case management professionals routinely support individuals experiencing acute stress, complex trauma, and crisis. These dynamics can impact patient engagement, communication, and staff well-being.
This in-person workshop provides practical trauma-informed care strategies applicable to clinical and care coordination settings. The focus is on skills that support patient safety, effective communication, and provider sustainability.
