Trauma-informed Boxing Session

Overview

A trauma-informed boxing workshop using guided movements to help participants build confidence, and reconnect with their bodies.

This trauma-informed boxing workshop is designed to help participants safely release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their personal power. Through guided movement, grounding exercises, and empowering boxing techniques, participants learn how to channel stress, build confidence, and foster emotional regulation. The workshop centres safety, choice, and body autonomy, creating a supportive space where healing, strength, and resilience can grow.

This session is open to all women, non-binary and gender non-conforming students. Staff and student peers will be onsite to provide support throughout the session.
