Trauma 102: Impacts of Trauma

Trauma 102 aims to deepen the understanding of trauma's effects on individuals and communities. This training covers the physical, emotional, and psychological impacts of trauma, including symptoms like anxiety, depression, and hyperarousal. Participants will learn how trauma affects relationships, emotions, daily life, and, most importantly, how it is stored in the body. Participants will be introduced to common mental health disorders and various treatment options to recover and/ or heal from traumatic events.
