Our classes are open to everyone 17 & older! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, you’re welcome to join.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Trap Soca Flow With Tai is a party so bring your own athletic style! Dance shoes or sneakers with good support are recommended. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle!

We encourage you to consult with your physician before starting any new fitness program. Tai’s class is for all fitness levels so modifications will be offered.
