This session explores 21 tangible concepts that you can implement as you transition your Board into a high performing strategic thinking entity. Participants will learn how everything from Board selection to culture to Board meeting design plays a role and, more importantly, log off with ideas they can easily adopt. The program will also engage participants in dialogue as they collectively work to identify and seek solutions to challenges and barriers that might be frustrating efforts to evolve their Board’s to point that their default mode of thinking is strategic.
