Transitioning to Remote Work: For Teams and Entrepreneurs
Location
Online event
A discussion on how to effectively and successfully transition from working in an office and/or team setting to working on your own remotely
About this event
Whether you work as part of a team, manage or team, or run your own business or nonprofit, you are undoubtedly impacted by the disruptions caused by the coronavirus 19 (COVID-19).
Many companies have asked their employees to work from home starting immediately, while some are slowly but surely adopting remote work as a new option.
If working remotely is new for you, let's talk about it, you don't have to do it alone or figure it out from scratch! As someone who has worked from my home office in East San Jose since 2013, and adopted work-from-home policies with my teams since 2010, I understand the complexities of transitioning self and teams to a new standard of work, accountability, and communications.
Join me on March 18 at 6 pm PDT or on March 26 at 11:30 am PDT and let's talk about how to make remote work work for you!
