About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Do you have items in your house that need fixing or mending but you don't know how to fix them yourself?

Bring your broken items, such as jewelry, clothing, lamps, vacuum cleaners, toasters, and small furniture to the Transition Repair Cafe! Volunteers will evaluate and fix as many of them as they can and offer their expertise on items that are too large or not possible to bring in. Instead of throwing away broken items, bring them to our Repair Cafes where we will do our best to give them a new life. We ask that you register your items prior to the event in this Smartsheet form: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/bfd9ac7d234447138eeb75df4e95a8c8

Note that we do not repair items such as gas powered tools, cell phones or tablets at this time.

Please reach out to makerspace@cei.earth if you have any questions.
