David Seltzer has over 40 years’ experience as an investment banker and financial advisor raising capital for transportation agencies and other governmental issuers. After two decades in the securities industry, including Lazard Frères and Lehman Brothers, he joined the US Department of Transportation and later cofounded Mercator Advisors LLC in 2001. He has written book chapters and articles on transportation finance for various publications, has testified before Senate and House transportation committees, and has given presentations at numerous industry conferences and taught public finance graduate courses. David currently serves as a trustee of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, CraftNOW Philadelphia and several other boards. He resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Josh Bach is a New York–based multidisciplinary designer with a background in architecture, graphic design, and textile design. He studied at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of the Arts, and the Fashion Institute of Technology. His work spans corporate identities, television campaigns, textile collections, immersive brand pop-ups, and private label products. Over the years, he has designed everything from a single business card to luxury apparel for ten consecutive Super Bowls. Equally inspired by museums and flea markets, Josh is a firm believer in the idea that “brilliant design is everywhere, just keep both your eyes & mind open.”
