An AVP Basic workshop is an introduction into how Transforming Power (TP), the power to find constructive solutions, lives in ourselves and others.

Using a series of

  • group exercises
  • personal reflections and
  • light-hearted fun

we build community, understanding and learn together.3 Saturdays from 9am - 4pm. Please attend all 3 days. Each one builds on the previous one(s).

  • August 16 - Build Community, Foster Communication & Introduce Transforming Power
  • August 23 - Expand TP, Explore listening & decision making
  • August 30 - TP through cooperation, consensus & resolution

All sessions meet at the First Unitarian Church of Omaha, 3114 Harney. We begin at 9am. To respect everyone's time, we appreciate participants arriving 10 minutes earlier to check in and get settled before 9am.Meals, snacks are provided.
