Transforming "Enemy Images" with NVC

Overview

Have there been times when you have forgotten that we are all interconnected as one?

Presented by Hally Childs and Chris Hartstein

If you are like me, during these tense political times, I have forgotten that if there are no enemies inside of me, there are none outside either

There is no doubt for me, that the days when I am barely holding on in survival mode, old traumas are surfacing. I notice that I can speak of a whole group of people as if “they” are the enemy. And at times, even the most precious person in the world to me appears as if they are from another planet.

For this workshop, I am asking that you to bring to mind a situation when you have perceived either a person or a group as “the enemy.”

More InformationThis Baltimore event occurs monthly on the third Sunday of each month to support NVC understanding and practice.

We welcome new participants at any level. It’s fun when a ‘newbie’ comes and we, ‘newbies’ not so long ago, suddenly see that we’ve learned something important we can pass on, at the same time deepening our understanding of new contexts. If you're already skilled in NVC, we would enjoy sharing support and companionship.

$$ info: There are no fees required and donations are joyfully accepted.
