Throughout the day, attendees will engage in interactive discussions, review key learnings from shared decision-making implementers across the state, and explore strategies to sustain and strengthen team communication.

• Take a first time or refresher deep dive into shared decision-making principles that center patient experiences
• Participate in huddle simulations designed to reinforce practical communication tools for care teams
• Hear firsthand from shared decision-making champions and learn their real-world implementation strategies
• Participate in interactive breakout sessions with focus areas including communication outcomes, postpartum considerations, and community-based support roles
• Connect and network with health professionals and maternal infant health focused community-based partner organizations across the state

Up to 6.25 continuing education credits available for nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians.
