Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is open to anyone who wants to reflect on their mental health, create a personal guide for themselves and their community, and explore collective care beyond conventional mental health systems. No prior experience needed.

What will we be doing in the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Expect a mix of awareness exercises, journaling, small group discussions, and practical tools drawn from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and transformative therapy models. You'll leave with the beginning of a personalized map to help you navigate your mental health.

Is this a therapy session?

No. This is a peer-driven, workshop-style event focused on self-reflection and mutual aid. While we’ll explore mental health themes, it’s not a substitute for therapy.

Do I need to share personal experiences?

Only if you want to! There will be opportunities for discussion, but you’re welcome to engage at whatever level feels comfortable.

The workshop is free/sliding scale ($0-$40). No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
