About this event

Join us for an evening of breath, connection, and self-discovery in a safe, welcoming, and nurturing studio.

This is a space lovingly held for anyone called to explore their inner world—to breathe, to feel, and to be witnessed in a small and intimate container of trust, care, and belonging.

Here, you don’t need to be or do anything. All of you is welcome—exactly as you are.
This is a sanctuary where your breath becomes a bridge to inner revelation, a place where you are gently supported in meeting yourself with tenderness, curiosity, and presence.

Our journey begins with thoughtful preparation—grounding into our bodies, establishing safety, and softening into stillness before we activate the breath.
Afterward, we allow space to integrate, to land gently, and to nourish ourselves through conversation, reflection, and community care—lingering in togetherness until we feel complete.

In this circle, hearts open, energy softens, and each person’s presence becomes part of a larger field of connection—one that reminds us we’re never alone on the path home to ourselves.

This is more than a breathwork session.
It’s a return. A remembering. A homecoming.

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat & blanket
• Blindfold (I have extras)
• Journal & pen
• Water bottle
• Lip balm
• A small item for the altar

Please arrive on time, fully sober, and with your last meal at least 2 hours before the session.

What kind of breathwork are we doing?

We're practicing conscious connected breathwork using continuous mouth breathing. This technique helps access non-ordinary states of consciousness, supporting emotional release, self-expression, and deep healing through expanded awareness

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, blanket, blindfold, lip balm, a water bottle, and a journal

Do I need to be experienced with breathwork?

No experience is needed to join the event. I take time at the beginning to explain everything clearly and guide you through the process, so you feel fully prepared and supported each step of the way.
