This 75-minute journey is designed to help you come home to yourself — to feel safe receiving, expanding, and remembering who you truly are.
Jess supports women in reconnecting with their inner power and releasing the patterns that keep them small. Through trauma-informed Breathwork, she guides you to regulate your nervous system, open your heart, and step fully into your authentic self.
Session Flow
Intention Setting & Guidance (10 min)
Breathwork Practice (50 min of continuous breathing)
Grounding & Integration (5–10 min to close and anchor)
