Join me for a transformative breathwork practice designed to gently release stored trauma and emotions from the body. Through conscious breathing, you’ll create a deep sense of safety within, allowing your nervous system to soften and your body to let go of what no longer serves you. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself. Throughout the entire journey, you’ll be fully supported and guided, held in a safe and nurturing space.
