Attending one of these events is perfect to you if you are new to breathwork and would like to experience the transformation it can bring or if you have already experienced it before and would love some more!


If you are feeling overwhelmed with everything life is throwing at you, worrying about an upcoming decision, or realising that your brain just won’t ever switch off and you can’t sleep or relax. This workshop could provide the calm and clarity that you’re looking for.

Transformational Breath® is a powerful healing modality which uses deep connected diaphragmatic breathing which can bring physical, mental/emotional and spiritual wellbeing.


This way of breathing can help you breath more fully, opening up the full potential of your breath which can increase energy throughout the body. It can help transform suppressed emotions and physical and emotional blockages by allowing you to access and integrate emotional and physical trauma stored in the body. This can help improve sleep, reduce anxiety and enhance wellbeing. This may in turn help access higher states of consciousness bringing more joy and peace of mind.


By helping to calm the nervous system, conscious connected breathwork can help provide a calm and clear head to help you manage life’s challenges. By using specific breathing patterns, this can shift your emotional state and allow tension and suppressed emotions to surface for integration in a safe supportive environment.


What to expect


Transformational Breath® is a specific breathing method and a hands on practice.


During this 2 hour workshop you will be guided through the breathwork techniques that can help to release stored tension, trapped emotions and calm an anxious brain.


Facilitators may also use body mapping and affirmations to reinforce positive beliefs and dissolve negative thought patterns. Sessions may include gentle movements and sound, such as toning and music, which help to release tension and improve energy flow throughout the body.


Every session is different, the most important thing is to relax and trust in the breath.


Is it for everyone?

Breathwork can be a powerful practice so may not be suitable for everyone. Certain adjustments may be required for some people.
