Transformational Breath-work journey
Overview
What is somatic transformational breathwork? Somatic transformational breathwork is a conscious connected breathing practice that helps you gain access to your subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas and rewire your brain.
You will be guided through a series of breathing exercises that are designed to help you release emotional blockages, reduce stress and anxiety, and connect with yourself. The breathing exercises will involve deep, rhythmic breathing through the mouth, which can help to increase oxygen flow and release tension in the body. As you continue to breathe, you may experience a range of physical sensations, emotions, and insights. Some people report feeling a sense of euphoria or deep relaxation, while others may experience intense emotions or memories. The goal of the journey is to help you release any negative emotions or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, and to connect you with yourself on a deeper level.
