I may need some special accommodations due to ADA, how can I reach out to the team?

We want to ensure that our team can properly prepare for your arrival! Please check the button during your ticketing purchase process to notify us of your ADA accommodation requests. Please note, we will only allow one ticketed guest to help accommodate you during the conference.

Will I be able to store my luggage at the conference?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we will not have dedicated space for luggage storage. Please arrange for your luggage to be kept at your place of lodging or in your vehicle. We will refuse entry to those who bring luggage to the conference.

Question 3

Can we bring food?

Accepted Answer

We encourage you to have a meal prior to the conference as we do not allow food in our arena. If needed, you are welcome to enjoy a snack in our lobby or in our outdoor seating area.

Question 4

When am I able to check-in or pre-register?

Accepted Answer

Pre-registration will occur one-day prior to the conference and hours before the conference begins. More details to come as we get closer to the conference.

Will there be assigned seating?

No. Our seats are first come, first serve. If you purchased a ticket, you will have first entry and will be able to secure 1 floor or bleacher seat of your choice.

Question 6

Do I need to register for a ticket for my child?

Accepted Answer

Childcare will not be available for the conference. Children 12 years or older are welcome and require a ticket. Children under 2 years old are allowed to come and must sit on their guardian's lap for the duration of the conference. A ticket is not required for an infant.

Question 7

Are there any bag restrictions for the Conference?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Only clear bags in the dimensions of 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed into the conference.
