I've never been to a sound bath. Do I need to bring my wash cloth?

Lol. No. Wear comfy clothing and bring your blanket, yoga mat, portable chair, pillow, bottled water, a journal/pen, and an open, loving spirit.

Where can I sit?

Participants will be invited to lay flat on their yoga mat, sit in lotus position, or bring a portable chair.

I don't have a sitter. Can I bring my child?

Although children benefit from sound healing, this event is geared towards adults. If your child can sit in silence for 60 minutes without being disruptive, they are welcome. A ticket will need to be purchased for your child's admission.
