Will this be recorded?

No. If you, for some reason, cannot make the session and you need to cancel, you may ask for a refund or use the credit towards future events.

Do I have to speak or be on camera?

Not at all. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable: chat-only, camera off, or fully engaged. There will be an optional breakout room toward the end for small group sharing. If you prefer, you can stay in the main room with me and reflect via chat box if you'd like.
