Transform Negativity into Problem Solving

Negativity can kill the momentum of a team and impede innovative thinking and problem solving. In this microlearning event, participants will learn how to transform a team member’s negativity into fuel for problem solving, practice the new skill with other learners, and leave the event with a 4 week plan to keep practicing and solidify their new skill.

This training is perfect for leaders, coaches, team members, mentors, teachers, and parents - anyone who finds themself in a position to help others free themselves from the grips of negativity so they can move into a place of problem solving.
