I believe that we are all already whole, yet sometimes we become stuck, disoriented, we experience setbacks, or develop beliefs and patterns that limit us from achieving our goals and our highest potential. Whether you have an exciting goal you are working towards and facing barriers, seeking to continue your healing and personal development journey, or feeling stuck and disoriented in life, I believe you will find benefit and clarity from this program.

This is a professionally facilitated, transformative 13-week group life coaching program that empowers people to move towards balance and make meaningful and lasting change in their life. I am excited to be in community with you, as you remember your innate gifts, inner clarity, wisdom, and power to heal, grow, and create powerful change in your life.


WHAT YOU'LL DO & PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

We will meet virtually for an hour, once a week for 13 weeks. During this time, we will go on a guided and interactive journey of self-discovery, healing, growth, and transformation. The program will include a workbook to complete activities and exercises on your own between our sessions, which is a large part of the exploratory and transformative work. Each session we will reflect on, discuss, and process what we learned and did over the course of the week, and I will facilitate additional exercises and techniques that relate to the topic of the week.

You will complete an in-depth Self-Exploration Exercise, assess what is in and out of balance in all four areas of youself and your life (mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual), create an action plan for these areas of your life, discover and clear limiting beliefs and stuck emotions that might be holding you back, and develop new tools and strategies that you can implement in your life moving forward to establish and regain balance, clarity, and wellness.


REGISTRATION, MATERIALS & COST

To register, please read the important information below to determine which group dates are best for you, and then purchase a ticket. Once registered, you will need to order a Transform workbook that will be yours to keep and use during and after the program (you purchase a physical book or e-book).

Workbooks should be ordered before the course starts - please give yourself at least 7-10 days if you can for order processing and shipping. There is some pre-work to do between Session 1 and Session 2.

Transform Book Cost: $50 for a physical copy or $45 for an e-book

Registration Cost: $150 (student rate) or $300 (general rate)
Registration and Payment preferably due by October 13, 2025.

Total Program Cost: $195-200 (students) or $345 - $350 (general) +applicable taxes and fees.

This includes:

• Total of 13 weeks of professional facilitated group life coaching that will help you develop life-long lessons, strategies, and tools to use on your journey.
Transform workbook to keep!
• Being part of a community of people committed to self-discovery, healing, growth, and personal transformation.


TRANSFORM GROUP COHORTS & SCHEDULES

To create greater opportunity for participation, I am running two cohorts of Transform Groups. Each group is limited to up to 15 people. Please choose which group you would like to join based on the dates that work better for you. When registering, choose the start date of the cohort you want to join.


COHORT 1 - VIRTUAL

Weekly, Saturday mornings from 9:30-10:30am (EST). Starting October 18th, 2025

We will work around Holidays and other significant conflicts, so some sessions may be alternative days.

*It is great if you can show up for all sessions, but if there is a significant conflict and you are unable to make a session or do all of the exercises in the workbook in preparation, that is okay!

You can choose to do as much or as little of the work in this program. You can always come back to exercises you missed. This program is not meant to be stressful or a chore, but an act of self-love, inspiration, and to contribute towards balance and wellness. You aren’t being graded. This is for you, and the whole curriculum will serve you beyond the 13 weeks. Show up how you can, which might look different from week to week. It’s your journey.
